Tasks
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Build scalable and secure canvas apps and custom connectors to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems, such as SharePoint, Azure, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs.
- Design and develop AI-powered bots and conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio or another conversational AI framework.
- Create and optimize business processes using Power Automate for workflows and automation.
- Design and create comprehensive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse processes, and identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
- Ensure best practices in Power Platform development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor and maintain the security, performance, and reliability of deployed solutions in Power Platform.
- Manage governance, security, and compliance aspects of Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions, including chatbot lifecycle and access control.
- Debug and resolve issues with existing solutions.
- Provide technical support and training for end-users.
Qualifications
Mandatory skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Power Platform development, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of M365, Entra ID (Azure AD), SharePoint Online, and Dynamics 365.
- Proven experience in integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft and third-party applications.
- Knowledge of SQL, Dataverse, and connectors for working with data sources. Also, familiarity with concepts of data modelling.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a passion for automation and digital transformation.
- Experience with Copilot Studio or other conversational AI frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
Nice To Have
- Understanding of security and identity concepts (e.g., service accounts, role-based access).
- Experience working in Agile SCRUM teams.
- DevOps mindset: version control and deployment experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise.
- Experience integrating APIs and working with JSON payloads.
- Solid programming knowledge, ideally in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Power Fx.
