The following tasks await you:
- Establish a comprehensive Digital Lifecycle Management (DLCM) guideline and process to ensure high quality over-the-air deployment of software updates that meet a unified customer experience journey.
- Identify and manage internal and cross-organizational stakeholders to drive effective communication and coordination to support the rollout of defined DLCM processes.
- Based on aligned DLCM management process, define the roles and responsibilities of DLCM and support team to set up in a smooth way.
- Responsible for project management for development/implementation process for DLCM, set up organizational own management asset from requirement concept to final delivery.
- Responsible for operation management for DLCM, set up operation process and governance on user experience-oriented delivery quality and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate different available resources to effectively handle different challenges, make regular reports.
- Management team regarding DLCM set up process, milestones, risks, measures, and escalations.
Qualifications
To be prepared for your journey, you should bring the following qualifications with you:
- Bachelor / master’s degree in Computer, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management.
- Knowledge about the digital product life cycle for connected car, know well about automotive market, telecommunications/telematics industry in China.
- Development or operation project management experience, ability to involve and work with other departments to achieve objectives.
- Deep understanding of IT and Engineering structures and processes.
- Have knowledge about Over-The-Air software updates.
- Strong logical and analytical skills, good at solving problems in a thoughtful way.
- High degree of self-initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills, able to work across organizations with different roles, good presentation skills.
- Excellent communicate skill both in English and Mandarin.
- Willingness to business travel.
