We are looking for an individual with experience in general maintenance and repairs, confident in working across building fabric, equipment checks and everyday site issues - you will need to take pride in a safe, organised and fully operational warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete planned maintenance and carry out safe, timely repairs across the warehouse.
* Respond quickly to maintenance issues, diagnosing faults and resolving problems effectively.
* Support the upkeep of building fabric, including doors, racking, minor plumbing, painting, and general repairs.
* Carry out safety checks and ensure compliance with site standards and procedures.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and support contractor activity on site.
* Work collaboratively with Operations teams, supporting small layout changes and improvement activities.
Skills and Experience Required
* Practical experience in maintenance or facilities work within a warehouse or industrial setting.
* Adequate general repair skills (mechanical, electrical basics, building fabric).
* Good understanding of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
* Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and communicate clearly.
* Positive, reliable, and safety‑focused approach.
