The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join a high-performing finance team in a broad and varied role covering financial reporting, management information and technical accounting.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys working with the numbers but also wants to understand the commercial story behind them and influence senior stakeholders.
The Role
Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting for senior management and Group.
Prepare and analyse management accounts and MI, providing clear commentary and insight.
Work across UK GAAP, HGB and other relevant accounting frameworks.
Analyse financial performance and key business drivers, highlighting trends and opportunities.
Partner with teams across the business to improve financial understanding and decision-making.
Work closely with technical accounting on complex accounting matters and analysis.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Support wider finance projects and initiatives.
Help develop and support more junior members of the team.
About You
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with strong post-qualified experience.
Strong background in financial reporting and management accounting.
Good knowledge of UK GAAP and/or HGB.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Confident communicating financial information to senior stakeholders.
Commercially minded, with the ability to understand and explain the drivers behind the numbers.
Comfortable challenging existing processes and identifying improvements.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to tight deadlines
