Associate Director/Director Equity Capital Markets, London

Generous Base Salary + Bonus (OTE yr1 c£150,000 +)

An established real estate advisory firm with some considerable experience of operating on the debt advisory side are now looking to engage in conversation with relevant industry experienced candidates to discuss an up-and-coming role where someone can take a lead on the equity offering side.

The remit will be to hire someone who has a track record of working for an advisory and with equity and will fully understand how to maximise the firm's equity funding lines in partnership with private equity firms, family offices, and developers.

You will be someone with the experience and capabilities to not only nurture and manage current clients but also be able to confidently source & secure new deals, leading on the financing of the deals from cradle to grave. Along with this you will play a role in putting together investor packs, prepare and review cashflows & other relevant financials.

Working with the wider team you will have full support, an excellent company name behind you, and scope for you to progress into a more senior position within the firm with broader responsibilities and an even greater financial return.
