Key responsibilities include preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and soft drinks to a high standard, providing attentive service to guests throughout events, preparing and maintaining bar areas, ensuring all areas are kept clean and organised, working efficiently as part of a team, and performing any other reasonable duties required to ensure smooth operations.
