How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

The difference between a campaign that gets noticed and one that delivers real commercial results often comes down to the creative behind it. As a Performance Marketing Creative Specialist, you'll turn audience insights, platform trends and campaign data into ideas that capture attention, influence behaviour and drive measurable growth.

You'll be joining a growing international business investing heavily in its brand and digital channels. Working across up to 13 markets, you'll have the freedom to challenge traditional approaches, shape new ideas and influence how campaigns are developed, tested and improved across paid social, video, search and display.

    What’s in it for you

Competitive salary with the flexibility of hybrid working in London.
The opportunity to shape digital advertising across up to 13 international markets.
Significant investment in brand development, digital channels and customer acquisition.
Real influence over campaign direction, creative testing and commercial results.
Exposure to major advertising platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube.
The chance to work closely with senior marketing leaders, designers and production teams to bring ambitious ideas to life.
Your responsibilities as Performance Marketing Creative Specialist

Develop and manage creative testing strategies across paid social, video, search and display, using campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Turn audience insights and commercial results into compelling concepts, messaging, hooks and actionable briefs for design and production teams.
Lead brainstorming sessions and develop platform-native advertising ideas, including vertical video, UGC, creator-led campaigns and mobile-first formats.
Analyse campaign results by audience, format, messaging and platform, using structured testing frameworks to improve engagement, acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with Brand, Channel and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are commercially effective, consistent and adapted for international audiences.
Identify emerging platform trends, introduce AI-assisted workflows where appropriate and ensure advertising meets relevant regulatory and platform requirements.
What we’re looking for in a Performance Marketing Creative Specialist

Strong experience in paid social, digital advertising or creative strategy, with proven success improving campaign results through audience insights and testing.
In-depth knowledge of Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, including platform-native formats, opening hooks, UGC, creator-led advertising and video storytelling.
Experience developing structured testing frameworks, interpreting campaign data and translating findings into clear, commercially focused briefs.
Understanding of cross-channel advertising, including YouTube, online video, display and paid search, alongside strong stakeholder presentation and briefing experience.
Experience across international markets, iGaming, betting, casino, e-commerce or another performance-led industry would be advantageous, as would familiarity with AI-assisted production and regulated advertising environments.
Working hours – Full-time, hybrid working.

If you know how to turn great ideas into campaigns that deliver measurable results, this could be your next move. Apply today for the Performance Marketing Creative Specialist position and help shape the future of digital advertising across international markets.
