The Senior Project Manager's role
The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of healthcare, education, commercial, and public sector projects across London and the surrounding areas.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for programme management, consultant coordination, procurement, contract administration, project reporting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and overall project delivery through every stage of the project lifecycle.
The Senior Project Manager will chair project meetings, oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, monitor project performance, and ensure schemes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will also mentor junior Project Managers and contribute to the continued success of the wider project management team.
The Senior Project Manager
The successful Senior Project Manager will have:
Prior experience working within a construction consultancy environment
Strong healthcare and education project experience
Experience leading projects from inception through to completion
Experience across commercial, public sector, or mixed-use projects would be advantageous
A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a similar construction-related discipline
MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or working towards a relevant professional qualification
Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and construction project delivery
Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing multiple projects and mentoring junior team members
A proactive, commercially aware, and professional approach
