We’re looking for a Content Project Coordinator to join a growing team delivering digital content solutions to well-known UK hospitality and retail brands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly organised, detail-focused, and technically confident, and looking to develop within a fast-paced, expanding business.
You’ll play a central role in ensuring content is delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard, working closely with internal teams and clients from initial brief through to deployment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating content projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines are met
- Managing schedules and flagging risks or delays proactively
- Ensuring all content is accurate, correctly formatted, and aligned to client requirements
- Supporting client communications in a professional and responsive manner
- Taking meeting notes, tracking actions, and keeping projects moving forward
- Operating content management systems and implementing updates efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Technically confident (Mac & PC) and quick to learn new systems
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience in marketing, content, or communications
- Familiarity with CMS platforms or project tools (e.g. Monday.com)
- Exposure to digital signage platforms
- Basic design awareness (Adobe Creative Suite a bonus)
- Understanding of customer journeys in retail or hospitality
