Apply Now – Experienced Ganger | Highways Project (Bristol)

We are currently looking for an experienced Ganger to join a long-term highways project based on the A4 Portway in Bristol.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hard-working individual to lead a gang on a busy infrastructure project. You will be responsible for organising daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading and coordinating groundworkers on site

* Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed

* Organising daily tasks and maintaining productivity

* Communicating with supervisors and site management

* Assisting with deliveries, materials, and site organisation

Requirements:

* Proven experience working as a Ganger on highways or civils projects

* Valid CSCS Card

* Streetworks / NRSWA qualification preferred

* EUSR qualification advantageous

* CAT & Genny training

* Full Orange PPE required

* Strong communication and team leadership skills
