The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are seeking an experienced CDE Manager (Common Data Environment Manager) to oversee the implementation, management, and governance of the project’s Common Data Environment. The CDE Manager will ensure that project information is securely managed, accurately controlled, easily accessible, and delivered in accordance with project requirements, information management standards, and agreed processes.
The role will work closely with project managers, design teams, document controllers and BIM teams.
1. Document & revision control
Understand the difference between documents, records, templates, & transmittal information
Establish & maintain document referencing & naming conventions
Manage revisions, versions, statuses, & suitability
Understand supersession & document history
Maintain an auditable record of document development
Manage controlled distribution & notification
Recover, investigate, & rectify upload, revision, or supersession errors
2. System administration
Configure projects, organisations, users, roles, & permissions
Establish & maintain permission / access groups
Configure enterprise & project level settings
Manage user onboarding, transfers, deactivation, & access reviews
Configure document types, disciplines, statuses, suitability codes, etc.
Standardised project configuration as templates
Manage project template types & revisions
Diagnose configuration & permissions issues
Understand the implications of changes to live environments
Requirements & SkillsIndustry Knowledge:
Strong background in architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), or Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows.
Standard Compliance: Knowledge of information management frameworks like ISO 19650.
Technical Skills: Experience with cloud-based document management systems and database structures.
Communication: Ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams and resolve data coordination problems
