Conservatively £60,000+ On Target Earnings, uncapped - increasing in year 2!

Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Manager - Responsibilities:
Build a strong network of clients
Conduct property valuations and listings for both sales and lettings
Oversee the sales and lettings process, ensuring all transactions are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain strong relationships
Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in the industry
Recruit, train and develop team members
Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations
Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Manager - Requirements:
Proven successful experience valuing and listing properties both for Sale and To Let
You must be a self-starter that is willing to go out there and grab the new business – you will be rewarded lucratively for your successful efforts
Proven track record in exceeding targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Strong IT skills and experience with CRM systems
Passion for the property industry and a desire to succeed
Full UK driving licence and own car essential
