Hourly rate £16.50
This position is split across SEND support and front office responsibilities:
Wednesday & Thursday:
Working closely with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo)
Contacting parents in a caring, professional, and understanding manner
Updating and maintaining children's medical records, including allergies
Supporting with SEND-related administration and paperwork
Ensuring key information is shared with appropriate staff
Friday (Front Desk):
Acting as the first point of contact for parents and visitors
Responding to enquiries in a calm and professional manner
Monitoring and checking daily pupil attendance
Booking attendance meetings for senior staff
General admin tasks including photocopying and organisation
What We're Looking For
Confident using Microsoft Office programs
Able to quickly learn new systems (e.g. Scopay, Teacher2Parent, Arbor)
Calm, professional, and approachable when dealing with parents and visitors
Warm, caring, and understanding approach with children and families
Comfortable working with primary-aged children (up to age 11)
Strong understanding of safeguarding and GDPR within a school setting
