The Role - Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support pupils across KS1 and KS2 who require additional behavioural support. You will work closely with children to encourage positive behaviour, support emotional development, and improve engagement in lessons. The ideal candidate will be calm, supportive, and proactive, using effective behaviour management strategies to help pupils build confidence and develop strong social skills. Prior experience working with children who present challenging behaviour is highly desirable.

This inclusive and lovely primary school is based in Hackney and is within a 7 minute walk from the nearest train station.
