SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Hackney, currently looking for a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their team for the summer term.
This role is mainly based in Reception, with some additional support required in Nursery, offering a varied and engaging Early Years experience.
About the Role
Supporting teaching and learning within a Reception class
Providing occasional support in Nursery
Encouraging children's development through a mix of play-based and structured learning
Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment
Working collaboratively with the class teacher and wider Early Years team
Assisting with daily routines and general classroom organisation
What We're Looking For
Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) - essential
Previous experience within an Early Years setting
A positive, proactive, and reliable approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
A genuine passion for supporting young children at a key stage in their development
