The Role:
You'll be based in the school's ARP, working with a small group of children across EYFS and KS1. This is a hands-on, impactful role where you'll play a key part in both supporting learning and delivering teacher-led input.
You'll be working closely within a dedicated team consisting of a Teacher and two TAs, all committed to providing the best outcomes for pupils with complex needs.
What we're looking for:
A confident and experienced HLTA
Strong background supporting children with complex needs
Ability to deliver teacher input and lead small group sessions
A proactive, calm, and adaptable approach
A genuine passion for inclusive education
