Are you a CNC Miller / Setter / Operator with aerospace manufacturing experience looking for a stable, days-only role offering a permanent 4-day working week and regular overtime paid at 1.5x?

Do you want to join a well-established precision engineering company manufacturing high-spec aerospace components where you will play a key role programming, setting and operating CNC milling machinery within a quality-driven environment?

This role would suit a CNC Miller with experience setting and operating CNC machinery who is confident working from technical drawings and manufacturing precision aerospace components.

The Role

Programme, set and operate CNC Milling machinery
Work on Haas Mills with Fanuc controls and Bridgeport Mills with Heidenhain controls
Manufacture precision aerospace components to tight tolerances
Carry out first-off inspections and quality checks
Support continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives
Maintain machine efficiency and productivity targets
Work with aluminium, stainless steel and Inconel materials
Ensure all work complies with quality and health & safety standards

The Person

CNC Miller / Setter / Operator background
Aerospace manufacturing experience
Experience with Haas and/or Bridgeport machinery
