Details of the Role:

Contract Type: Temporary
Part-Time Hours: 30 hours per week on a rota basis
Location: Chelmsford, EssexWhat You'll Do:
As the first point of contact for our patients, your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients and visitors with a warm smile and friendly demeanour.
Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
Scheduling appointments and managing the front desk calendar.
Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality.
Assisting with administrative tasks and supporting healthcare staff as needed.
Creating a positive and welcoming environment in our reception area.

Communicative: You excel in verbal and written communication, ensuring clarity and understanding with patients and colleagues.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with healthcare management software is a plus, but a willingness to learn is just as important!
