I'm currently working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Cheltenham to recruit a Conveyancing Administrator to join their busy residential property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised Conveyancing Administrator who enjoys working in a supportive, team-focused environment and wants to play a key role in the smooth running of a conveyancing department.
The Opportunity
As a Conveyancing Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the team, ensuring processes run efficiently and clients receive a high standard of service. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation and structure.
Key Responsibilities
Opening and setting up new client files
Scanning and allocating incoming residential post to the correct matters
Supporting the conveyancing team with general administrative tasks
Assisting with the day-to-day running of the department.
About You
The successful Conveyancing Administrator will have:
Previous experience within a conveyancing or legal support role (preferred), or strong administration experience within a professional services environment
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and time management abilities
Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (experience with case management systems is beneficial but not essential)
