My client is a well known law firm based in Leamington Spa looking for an Administrator to join their expanding team.
Description
Provide administrative support to the fee earners.
Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparing meeting materials.
Handle incoming communications and distribute them to the appropriate team members.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.
Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Uphold high standards of organisation and efficiency in all responsibilities.Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting the team.
An understanding of working within a professional services environment is advantageous.
