Our client is currently recruiting for a Skilled Production/Manufacturing Operative to join their growing team based on the outskirts of Swindon.

The Duties

* Machine Operation: Setting up, adjusting, and repairing industrial machinery to meet output targets.

* Quality Control: Inspecting finished components, keeping accurate records, and adhering to strict specifications.

* Operating production and manufacturing machinery safely

* Completing daily tasks and following production schedules

* Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and efficiency

* Supporting improvement projects and general factory operations

* Keeping work areas clean, organised and hazard‑free

The person

* Previous experience within a similar role

* Great interpersonal skills

* Articulate communicator

* Hands on, a can do, get the job done attitude.

* A team player who is able to motivate others

* Health and Safety aware
