Primary Cover Supervisor – Southend-on-Sea
Vision for Education are seeking confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a range of primary schools in Southend-on-Sea.

The Role
As a Primary Cover Supervisor, you will:
Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain engaged in learning
Support pupils with completing set work and classroom activities
Create a positive and productive learning environment
Work across a variety of year groups from EYFS to KS2
Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Primary Cover Supervisor, you will:
Have experience working with children or young people
Be confident leading groups of pupils and managing behaviour positively
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Have a genuine passion for supporting children's education and development
