Description
Prepare and issue accurate client invoices in a timely manner.

Respond to client and internal queries regarding invoices and payments.
Reconcile billing accounts and ensure accurate reporting.
Assist with month-end and quarter-end billing processes.

A successful Billing Specialist should have:
Previous experience in a billing or financial administration role within the professional services industry.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
