Legal PA – Disputes (12 Month FTC) – Birmingham – Part-Time
Salary: £34k FTE
Hours: 4 days per week (core days Tuesday & Friday, flexible on other 2)

The Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Legal PA to join a top international law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Disputes team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and assisting with complex legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive PA support to lawyers within the Disputes team
- Manage diaries, meetings, and correspondence efficiently
- Prepare and proofread legal documents and filings
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Support with case management, filing, and general administrative tasks
The Candidate
- Previous experience supporting lawyers, ideally in a commercial or disputes environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication skills and discretion
- Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member
