The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a business with a strong market position, an established operation and an ambitious leadership team focused on driving performance and developing the business for the future.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll take responsibility for the finance function, ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting and meaningful financial insight across the business.
Importantly, this isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk producing reports. We're looking for someone who enjoys being involved in the wider business, building relationships with operational teams and using financial information to influence decisions and improve performance.
The Role
Lead, develop and support an established finance team, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Take ownership of monthly management accounts, financial reporting, balance sheet integrity and internal controls.
Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, providing clear insight into business performance.
Oversee manufacturing accounting, including standard costing, inventory, production variances and product profitability.
Work closely with operational and commercial teams to understand performance, challenge costs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support effective cash management, working capital control and financial governance.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with group requirements and relevant accounting standards.
Partner with the Finance Director on financial improvements, business initiatives and longer-term planning.
About You
We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong background in manufacturing.
You'll ideally be an established Financial Controller or an experienced Finance Manager ready to take the next step in your career.
You'll bring:
Strong manufacturing finance experience, including a sound understanding of costing, stock and operational performance.
A proven ability to manage, develop and motivate a finance team.
Excellent financial reporting, analytical and commercial skills.
The confidence to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
A hands-on, approachable leadership style and a willingness to get involved in the operational side of the business.
The ability to communicate financial information clearly to colleagues outside finance.
