The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a planning professional to take ownership of scheduling, material planning and production workflow within a complex, fast-moving manufacturing environment.
🔧 The Role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll sit at the heart of the operation, coordinating project schedules and production plans to keep customer delivery commitments on track. Day to day, you will:
* Develop, maintain and monitor project schedules and production plans within the ERP system (Epicor), aligned to business priorities, capacity and resource availability
* Coordinate workflow across the production line and associated product groups
* Manage material planning to ensure timely availability of materials, components and resources, monitoring inventory levels and supporting stock optimisation
* Work closely with Procurement to track purchase orders, supplier deliveries, shortages and lead times, minimising material delays and supply chain risk
* Monitor and report on key operational KPIs including Schedule Adherence, On-Time Delivery, Inventory Turns, Material Availability and Plan Accuracy
* Identify bottlenecks and constraints, and contribute to continuous improvement across planning accuracy, workflow efficiency and ERP utilisation
✅ About You
* Proven experience in planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment
* Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor experience a distinct advantage)
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations and Procurement
* Analytical, organised and confident managing competing priorities in a complex production setting
* A collaborative communicator who can drive alignment across departments
