An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner to join a leading Legal 100 firm in Birmingham.
This role offers the chance to support and further develop an established and highly regarded Commercial Litigation department with an excellent market reputation. You will be working alongside a well recognised Legal 500 ranked Senior Partner and a strong, well established team known for handling high value and complex disputes.
The team advises on a broad range of sophisticated commercial disputes, including:
- Shareholder, partnership and trust disputes
- Commercial contracts and warranties
- Sale and purchase agreements and completion accounts
- Professional negligence claims
- Enforcement of restrictive covenants
- Fraud and misrepresentation
- Injunctive relief, including freezing orders
- Contentious insolvency and enforcement
