    Legal PA – Disputes (12 Month FTC) – Birmingham – Part-Time


    Salary: £34k FTE

    Hours: 4 days per week (core days Tuesday & Friday, flexible on other 2)

    Location: Birmingham


    The Role

    We are seeking an organised and proactive Legal PA to join a top international law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Disputes team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and assisting with complex legal matters.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive PA support to lawyers within the Disputes team
    • Manage diaries, meetings, and correspondence efficiently
    • Prepare and proofread legal documents and filings
    • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
    • Support with case management, filing, and general administrative tasks


    The Candidate

    • Previous experience supporting lawyers, ideally in a commercial or disputes environment
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Professional communication skills and discretion
    • Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member
