GI Group is recruiting FLT Operators for a busy manufacturing (non-food) site in Scunthorpe. This is a hands-on warehouse role supporting production and dispatch.
The role:
You'll be working across the warehouse/despatch area, using an FLT to move stock safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Loading and unloading HGVs/containers using an FLT
Moving pallets/stock between goods-in, storage, production and despatch
Putting stock away and replenishing pick/production locations
Completing basic paperwork/scanner work (where required)
Carrying out general warehouse duties: wrapping/strapping, labelling, pallet checks, housekeeping
Following site H&S procedures at all times (safe stacking, pedestrian routes, PPE, checks)Shifts & pay
Rotating shifts: 6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm
Pay: £12.91 per hour
Weekly payRequirements
Valid FLT licence (in-house or RTITB/ITSSAR accepted-depending on site requirements)
Recent FLT experience preferred
Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
