Stafforce are recruiting for B2 Forklift Drivers in the Scunthorpe area for our prestigious client. These are excellent opportunities on a temporary-permanent basis for the right candidates.
Working Times: 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm Rotating
The Job Role
Working as a Forklift Driver across the steel site, transporting steel loads across the yard.
Sheeting up
Operating a 26 tonne forklift around site
Ensuring correct loads
Ensuring safe loads
Using hand scanners to check goods in and out
Supporting on stock takes
Operating bowser'sPay Rates: £15.01ph Overtime rate over 37.5 hours
Rotating Shift Allowance: £19.46per shift
Overtime Rate: £19.51ph
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will have a permanent opportunity following a probationary and training period.
B2 Forklift driving experience
Must have held their B2 Forklift Licence at least 1 year for insurance purposes.
H&S conscious at all times
Previous experience transporting steel on a B2 Forklift is required for this role.
Previous experience operating hand scanners is highly advantageous but not essential as training provided
