We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Representative to join a leading technology manufacturer based in Southam. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and being part of a fast-paced commercial team. You will act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, helping to qualify opportunities, support customers and develop your sales skills within a highly supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries via phone, email and website
• Building rapport with customers and identifying sales opportunities
• Preparing and sending quotations
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and following up enquiries
• Supporting the external sales team and liaising with internal departments
• Developing product knowledge and confidence to eventually deliver your own customer presentations and demosWhat We’re Looking For
A confident and personable communicator who enjoys speaking with people
• Someone eager to develop a career within sales
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Self-motivated, proactive and customer focused
• Previous customer service, administration or sales support experience would be advantageous
