The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are currently recruiting a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time, long-term basis at a welcoming primary school in the Greater Manchester area
This role is for the full academic year and offers a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in Year 4 within a supportive and inclusive school environment.

Role Responsibilities As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
· Provide in-class support for Year 4 pupils
· Work with small groups and individual pupils to support learning and progress
· Plan and deliver targeted intervention sessions
· Support pupils with a range of abilities, including those requiring additional support
· Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and assessment support
· Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning
· Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
· Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and other support staff
Requirements
· Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
· Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school
· Experience supporting pupils within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4
· Confidence working independently and delivering interventions
· Strong behaviour management and communication skills
· A caring, proactive, and professional approach
· Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
