Recruitment Resourcer (Maternity Cover)

Location: Hybrid (office-based during training, then hybrid working available)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (flexibility to work 9:00am to 5:30pm)
Salary: £12.99 per hour (£25,000 per annum)
Contract: Fixed Term Maternity Cover (4-5 months)

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy team on a temporary maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within recruitment and administration in a supportive and fast-paced service environment.

This is a predominantly administrative role with no candidate-facing responsibilities. You will support the recruitment team and departmental managers with a variety of tasks to ensure vacancies are processed efficiently and recruitment activities run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Sift and shortlist CVs against job requirements.
Support hiring managers with recruitment administration.
Create and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
Raise purchase orders and assist with recruitment-related paperwork.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and tracking systems.
Coordinate vacancy approvals and recruitment documentation.
Liaise with internal department heads regarding recruitment requirements.
Ensure all recruitment administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function.

About You

Previous administration experience is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
Previous recruitment or HR administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
