B2B Recovery Executive (Credit Control / Claims)

Mpeople Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Credit Hire Recovery Executive on behalf of our well-established client based in Rochdale, who specialise in credit hire, vehicle repairs, and accident management services.

This role would suit an experienced Credit Hire Handler, Claims Handler, Recoveries Specialist, Credit Controller, or B2B Collections professional who is confident negotiating the recovery of financial losses from third parties.

You will manage your own caseload of up to 300 claims, working with insurers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to maximise recovery of client losses.

Location: Rochdale (OL16)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 or 09:00–17:30 (37.5 hours per week)

*

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience

About the Role

Our client provides a complete accident management service for customers involved in non-fault road traffic accidents. This includes vehicle hire, repairs, and the recovery of associated losses from at-fault insurers.

Key Responsibilities

*

Managing a portfolio of credit hire and accident management claims

*

Negotiating settlements with insurers and solicitors

*

Recovering credit hire, credit repair, storage, recovery, and uninsured losses

*

Handling liability and quantum disputes

*

Liaising with insurers, solicitors, referrers, and customers

*

Processing payments and claim-related administration

*

Progressing claims to achieve maximum financial recovery

Experience Required

*

Proven experience recovering money from businesses

*

Experience within credit hire, motor claims, recoveries, B2B collections, or credit control

*

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes

*

Excellent communication skills, particularly over the telephone

*

Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively

*

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Experience with ABI GTA, motor accident claims, or Pro Claim would be advantageous, although full industry knowledge is not essential.
