The coordinator acts as the main point of contact, supervising staff, ensuring safety and legal compliance, and managing day-to-day operations to meet clients' needs and key performance indicators.
Key responsibilities:
* Absence management
* Coordinating with client supervisors
* Drive and monitor performance
* Rota management including booking and planning of staff
* Managing and contributing to client goals, such as productivity, production, and quality.
* Coordinating recruitment activities like open days and assessment days.
Qualifications and skills
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivation and leadership abilities.
* A "can-do" attitude and the ability to remain calm and professional.
* Flexibility, as the role may require working extended or unsociable hours during peak periods.
* An understanding of the recruitment and site operations they are managing.
* Driving licence and own vehicle is a must as this role requires travelling across Midlands area.
Rate of Pay
£13.50 per hour, paid weekly.
