We're recruiting for a proactive Internal Sales & Customer Service Co-ordinator to join a growing business in Coventry. This role combines inbound/outbound sales, account management, and customer service, supporting both customers and the external sales team.
Key Duties:
* Handle inbound enquiries and generate new business
* Proactively contact customers and follow up quotations
* Upsell/cross-sell to maximise revenue
* Process orders and maintain CRM records
* Build strong customer relationships and resolve queries
* Support external sales team and meet sales targets
About You:
* Experience in internal sales, customer service, or telesales
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
