The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary care branch in Bradford. Currently delivering approximately 1,000 care hours per week, the service has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and is well positioned for continued growth.
You'll take full operational responsibility for the branch, ensuring exceptional standards of care, maintaining CQC compliance, and driving the ongoing development of both the service and your team.
About the Role
Lead the day-to-day operations of an established domiciliary care branch
Hold CQC registration and ensure full regulatory compliance
Recruit, develop, and manage a team of care professionals
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients living independently in their own homes
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and local stakeholders
Drive growth in care hours while maintaining outstanding quality standards
Take responsibility for branch performance, compliance, and operational excellence
Promote a positive culture focused on quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Requirements
Previous management experience within domiciliary or home care
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Commercial awareness with the ability to grow a successful service
Passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
