* Conducting property viewings and providing an excellent experience for prospective tenants.
* Prospecting lettings data to identify potential new landlord opportunities and converting these into new business.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, applicants and local contacts.
* Handing new instructions over to referencing and property management teams, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent communication throughout.
* Creating engaging social media content around new property instructions, let agreed properties, local activity and success stories.
* Supporting the Lettings Manager with a range of other lettings-related tasks and initiatives.
