As a Town Planner, you'll play a key role in delivering planning advice across a wide range of residential, commercial, mixed-use, regeneration, and strategic development projects. You'll work closely with experienced planning professionals, developers, landowners, and multidisciplinary teams to help shape successful developments from inception through to delivery.

The Role
As the successful Town Planner or Senior Town Planner, your responsibilities will include:
·Preparing and managing planning applications and appeals.
·Producing planning appraisals, reports, and supporting documentation.
·Providing planning advice to clients throughout the development process.
·Liaising with local planning authorities, consultees, and key stakeholders.
·Supporting project delivery across a varied and exciting portfolio.
·Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
About You
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
·A degree in Town Planning or a related RTPI accredited discipline.
·MRTPI membership or progress towards chartership.
·Previous experience within a planning consultancy, local authority, or developer environment.
·Strong report writing and organisational abilities.
·A proactive approach with the confidence to manage multiple projects.
