Pay Rate: Up to £17.99 per hour
What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll be providing vital support to service users in care homes.
Your responsibilities may include:

Providing high-quality, person-centred care and supporting patients with personal care and daily living activities.

Carrying out clinical tasks within your competency and monitor patient vital signs.
*
Provide immediate, confident leadership and guidance to junior care staff on shift.
*
Maintaining a safe, clean clinical environment, following infection control procedures, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
*
Ensuring accurate patient documentation and detailed shift handovers.

Minimum Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK.
* A minimum 6 months of paid UK care experience within the last 3 years
* Proven experience working as a Senior HCA or an experienced HCA ready to step up.
* NVQ LEVEL 3 Qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Registration: Applicants in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland will require the relevant registration e.g., SSSC, SCW, NISSC (not applicable in England).
* Skills: Knowledge of care equipment and moving & handling.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running.
* Reliability, adaptability and a passion for high-standard patient care.
* Qualities: Compassion, teamwork, flexibility, and a professional approach.
