The Role – Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
You will be responsible for:
Managing and growing a 360 recruitment desk
Building relationships with clients and candidates
Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
Winning new business through sales calls, client meetings and account development
Managing vacancies from brief through to placement
Working towards KPIs, revenue targets and personal goals
Collaborating with compliance and operational teams to deliver an exceptional service
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
Who We're Looking For
Resourcers, Delivery Consultants or Recruitment Consultants
Previous recruitment experience (any sector)
Ambitious individuals ready to step into or develop within a 360 recruitment role
Confident communicators with strong relationship-building skills
Commercially minded, driven and target-focused professionals
Full UK driving licence required
