The role - Behaviour Mentor
A welcoming mainstream secondary school in the London Borough of Brent is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work closely with students who require additional behavioural support, helping them to stay focused and engaged in lessons. You will provide one-to-one and small group support, implement behaviour management strategies, and liaise with teaching staff and pastoral teams. The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and committed to supporting students to achieve their full potential. Previous experience working with young people in a school or similar setting is desirable.
