Your new role
As a Coordinator, you will provide end-to-end administrative and operational support across a fast-paced department. Working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, you will manage a variety of tasks, ensuring processes are followed accurately, and service levels are consistently maintained.
Key responsibilities will include:

Managing and processing daily requests and applications
Acting as a key point of contact for customers, partners and colleagues
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Providing pricing and quotes to customers
Coordinating activities between multiple departments to ensure smooth delivery
Producing reports and supporting business performance tracking
Handling queries efficiently and resolving issues in a professional manner
Supporting continuous improvements to processes and customer experienceWhat you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will be an organised and customer-focused administrator with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Previous experience in an administration, coordination or customer support role
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
The ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels
Experience managing workloads in a fast-paced environment
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
