Location: Southam
Salary: £40-£45k (Depending on Experience)
Full Time: 37.5 Hours per week. We will also consider part time hours on a pro rate basis
Purpose of the role
To support sales activity, drive new business and grow key customer relationships across the business’s battery repurposing, recycling and traceability-led services. The role will be responsible for supporting, and building a commercial pipeline, managing opportunities and converting the companies technical capability into sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
* Support with the sales function and the development of commercial strategy.
* Generate new business across target sectors and convert leads into profitable opportunities.
* Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
* Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting and quoting through to negotiation and close.
* Work closely with operations and technical teams to align customer needs with delivery capability.
* Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline visibility and accurate sales reporting.
* Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.
* Use customer insight to help shape product, service and pricing decisions.
* Coach or manage junior sales staff, if required.
Skills and experience
* Strong background in B2B sales, account management or business development.
* Proven ability to lead commercial conversations and close business.
* Confident working with technical solutions and specialist markets.
* Proven success or passion to work within developing business across the EV battery, energy storage, automotive, recycling, sustainability, circular economy and industrial engineering sectors.
* Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
