About the Role
As a Supply SEN TA, you will:
*
Provide 1:1 or small-group support to pupils with a variety of needs (including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties)
*
Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored support and differentiated activities
*
Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
*
Adapt to different school settings and work well as part of a team
*
Promote independence, confidence and emotional well-being in pupils
What We’re Looking For
*
Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based or equivalent)
*
A calm, nurturing approach and strong behaviour-management skills
*
Flexibility and reliability—able to work across different schools when needed
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Relevant qualifications (TA Level 2/3, SEN training) are desirable but not essential
