Person Specification
Essential
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
*
Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and secure strong pupil outcomes.
*
Excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills.
*
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Desirable
*
Experience in a specific phase (EYFS/KS1/KS2).
*
Knowledge of SEND strategies and effective differentiation.
*
Willingness to lead a subject area.
*
Experience with phonics programmes (e.g., Read Write Inc, Little Wandle)

£150.00 - £200.00 per day
