The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Role Overview:
Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction project from inception to completion. Leading delivery teams and liaising closely with clients to ensure successful outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in Residential construction and experience with a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee end to-end delivery of Residential construction projects
* Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring exceptional service and communication
* Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
* Report progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Requirements:
* Experience managing construction projects in the Residential sector, proven experience in managing large-scale new build construction high-end projects from start to finish.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and project teams
* Strong clientfacing and communication skills
* Degree level qualification in construction, engineering, project management, or equivalent experience
* MRICS qualification preferred, but not essential
* Good knowledge of the Building Safety Act
* Strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Advanced knowledge of H&S, CDM regulations, and site management (SMSTS minimum; additional CDM qualification essential).
* Experience managing client facing project works and developing long term commercial relationships.
* High level communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
