Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive Service Controller to lead a team of engineers, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service. You’ll plan resources, manage workflows, and maintain high service and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities for the Service Controller:
Prioritise customer requests and allocate resources effectively
Plan and manage jobs to maximise productivity
Oversee work orders and ensure accurate, timely completion
Lead and mentor a team of 4–8 engineers
Maintain systems, processes, and safety standards
