Junior Quantity Surveyor

My Client is a leading national provider of Mechanical Service Installations to high-profile clients across Ireland. The company has an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding team. The successful candidate will support the commercial function across a wide range of projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation and develop a long-term career within the business.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist the QS and Estimation team in their day-to-day duties.
Take off, price, and track variations for submission to clients.
Take off, price, and track tender returns in a timely manner.
Assist in evaluating tender specifications and drawings.
Liaise with clients and contractors in a professional manner.

The Candidate:

Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role (construction-based essential).
Certificate or Diploma in Building Services, Quantity Surveying, Construction Studies, or a related discipline.
Previous experience working with contractors.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and positive attitude.
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently, maximise productivity, and meet challenging deadlines.
Full driving licence is desirable but not essential.

€55,000 - €65,000 salary
