Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday: 7:30am - 2.00pm

Start Date: Immediately after successful interview and trial
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join our team in Maldon on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for immediate work in a supportive and structured production environment. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. However any previous hands on assembly experience would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
Assembling and unboxing products
Building keyboards, keypads, and audio pads
Following set processes and instructions to assemble components accurately
Preparing and checking finished items
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Working efficiently to meet production targetsCandidate Requirements
No experience necessary - full training provided
Reliable and punctual
Able to follow instructions and work to set processes
Comfortable working a consistent weekday schedule
Good attention to detail
